Developers and operators

Commitments made across the chapters and appendices of an Environmental Statement are easy to lose between consent and construction, and consent conditions are often tracked somewhere else. EcoSphere holds what the project has promised and what the consent requires in one register, with an owner for each, through construction and operation.

Each commitment is proposed from the chapter it came from, with the quoted sentence and a page or paragraph reference, and a specialist accepts it before it enters the register. The register can be exported for issue or published to SharePoint.

Commitments and conditions

Each row links to the document and chapter it came from.

The mitigations register holds the measures that avoid or reduce effects, each linked to the commitment behind it.

Questions about the project

Ask AI answers questions about the project and the regulations with numbered sources a reviewer can open.

If the project and the regulations hold nothing on the question, Ask AI says so.

Ask AI sources list. Each numbered source names the document and the section or paragraph, for example Chapter 8 Biodiversity section 8.6 and the Outline Construction Environmental Management Plan section 5.4, or a commitments register entry.
