For lenders, regulators and operators
Review a submitted assessment against the standards you choose
Standards include the International Finance Corporation Performance Standards and the Equator Principles. For each requirement the artificial intelligence quotes the passages it finds, with the document and paragraph, and your reviewer records the finding. The same standard is applied to every review.
How a review runs
Upload the submission, choose the standards and work through the evidence requirement by requirement.
The review is set up in the reviewer’s own workspace with the review type, the standards and the proponent, and the submission is uploaded into it. The platform copies each standard’s published requirements into the review. For each one the artificial intelligence reports what it found in the submission, cites the paragraphs it relied on and quotes the passages with the document each came from.
The reviewer records the finding for each requirement with a note, and gives a reason wherever the finding departs from what the evidence review reported. The reviewer decides every finding.

Findings and the gap assessment report
Gaps tracked to closure, and a Gap Assessment Report for the decision.
A gap raised from a requirement carries its severity, the corrective action, an owner and a due date, and the gap register is the action plan. Information requests to the proponent are tied to the requirements they will answer. The Gap Assessment Report is assembled from the review, approved by a named reviewer and exported to Word, and the register exports to Word and to a workbook with the source of each row.

Lender due diligence
Due diligence before a lending decision, then monitoring against the agreed action plan.
The due diligence review records the category and the reasons for it, works through the Performance Standards and the Equator Principles, and ends in the Gap Assessment Report. A review set up as annual monitoring or action plan tracking runs on the same record, so each year’s monitoring reports are read against the same requirements and the gaps are closed and verified in the register.

Reviewing a submitted application
The same standard for every submission, with quoted passages for the officer to examine.
A submission review checks the Environmental Statement against the regulations the application is made under, with the consultation responses read alongside the chapters. The officer decides each finding, and requests for further information are tied to the requirements they will answer, so decisions are consistent across a caseload and the basis of each one is on record.

Commitments and conditions after consent
What the project has promised and what the consent requires, with an owner for each.
One register of what the project has promised and what the consent requires, with an owner for each, through construction and operation.
